I don’t like to take a lot of things seriously.
Life is to be filled with laughter and silliness and fun 🙂 It’s just better that way.
However, one thing that is to be taken very seriously are holidays…specifically holiday traditions.
Growing up in the Dingle household, the Dingle children would race downstairs only to be greeted with empty Easter baskets…because the contents were spread all over the house for us to hunt, I mean leisurely find 😉
I’m talking Kit Kat bars lining all door frames, Hershey Kisses plugging all couch buttons, eggs hidden in shoes strewn about the entry way – the Easter bunny went all out.
This continued every year until the Dingle chicklets flew the nest (I’m talking well into our twenties).
Now, if you think this chicklet would break such a tradition after taking flight, you’ve got another thing coming…
Oh, no kids you say?
That’s okay, I have furbabies 😉
Happy Easter my little ones 🙂
Thank you for reading! I would love to know some of your all’s Easter traditions 🙂 Comment below!
